A well-established property managing agency is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Accounts team to oversee all administration functions involved with their property portfolios. Your key responsibilities:
The administration Assistant would be involved in working closely with the Accounts Department Manager and the following items:
Daily allocations from bank statements, corrections and dealing with queries
Checking allocation of Sectional Title Transfer payments with (Transfer Clerk)
Prepare Body Corporate and Rental employees salaries and wages for payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
Pay salaries and wages via on a weekly and monthly basis.
Submit UIF and pay over.
Prepare and submit PAYE, SDL and UIF for various body corporates.
Cashier – receipting of over the counter cheques and cash payments and ensure that they are banked.
Our required expertise:
Relevant diploma, certificate is advantageous
Experience working within the Property industry
Strong administration experience and background necessary
