Description

What will you do?
  • Offshore client on-boarding
    • Manage workflow in Papertrail application
    • Confirm completeness of client agreement
    • Ensure that the account is compliant to UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations and process requirements
    • Ensure client risk rating is accurate and that enhanced due diligence has been performed where required
    • Open client & relevant portfolio’s in the Portia application
    • Open client investment accounts at relevant investment parties
    • Link client external reference numbers in the Portia application
    • Ensuring maintenance of client static data
    • Monitor static data exception reports
    • Monitor Portia import rejections
    • Assist with client & branch enquiries
    • Adhere to service level agreements
    • Monthly reporting on volumes, approved and disapproved levels
  • Offshore Vendor or Broker accounts
    • Opening of new accounts with third party vendors
    • Maintenance of required on-boarding company documentation
    • Maintenance of required FICA for authorised parties
    • Completion of required application, FATCA & AML documentation
  • Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
    • Daily pricing of manual instruments
    • Monitoring of prices received
    • Preparations of daily report packs
    • Update of transactions
Qualification and experience
  • Tertiary qualification (with Finance/ Accounts)
  • Basic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment
  • Experience within a financial services industry is essential
  • Experience in offshore unit trust subscriptions, redemptions and switches an advantage
Knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of FICA & AML requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office suite skills
