          • Ensuring that all categories and departments are performing to maximum profitability
          • Ensuring that stock is managed in accordance with established company policies & procedures
          • Maintaining a clean, tidy and well merchandised retail area
          • Maintaining all pricing on product, shelf and bulk displays in accordance with company policies and procedures
          • Assist with cash ups
          • Staff management
          • Monitoring and managing performance of sales staff
          • Customer service
          • Assisting with all operational duties of the Store Manager
          • Must be able to assist the manager in all aspects of his/her duties
          • Must be able to perform managers role in their absence

          Job Requirements
          • Grade 12 (Matric)
          • Higher Certificate / Diploma
          • 4 years relevant experience in a retail environment, 2 of which must have been in a supervisory / management position
          • Relevant qualification advantageous
