Description
- My client, who manufactures Specialised Food Ingredients for the Wheat Milling Industry is looking for a FOOD TECHNOLOGIST with at least 8 years FUNCTIONAL FOOD & TECHNICAL sales/ key account management to service Wheat-Flour Millers and open up new markets for the company locally and through Africa. Should have prior networks established through Africa. Responsible for achieving sales volumes and sales margins. Will be responsible to also work with R&D to expand and maintain the existing product portfolio. Develop extensive ways to grow the business in terms of the supplier and customer side and in so doing, unlock the massive potential inherent in this product range.
Qualifications
A Food Science or previous Business Development sales in the Flour Correction industry. Must be familiar with enzymes and other additives.
Skills
Must have strong conceptual or analytical skills and be able to work in a structured manner. Great negotiation, communication and people skills.
