- Sourcing and buying of stock (QuickBooks)
- Booking out of stock for Projects/Clients
- Stock planning and forecasting
- Effectively managing ETA’s
- Supplier management
- Build relationships internally including sales and operations
- Good negotiator and trader
- Good communication & listening skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills
- Diligent, energetic and consistent
- Honest, trustworthy, reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn
- Results driven and attention to detail
- Managing Warranty items
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years Electronic stock management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in building relationships with suppliers
- IT Experience/Knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks & MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-managed and self-motivated
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license
