Description

  • The Claims Handler is responsible for coordinating and overseeing,
    managing, negotiation and settlement of the claim and is accountable for the
    finalization of the claim end-to-end. This position entails ensuring client
    satisfaction and general administrative duties. Processing of claims on
    systems (TIAL & ROC) Handle claims and deal with them efficiently and with
    minimum delay in accordance within mandates conferred Handle information
    reporting Handle all claims Delivering results and meeting customer
    expectations Relating & networking Analysing Applying expertise and
    technology Achieve personal work goals and objectives Writing and
    reporting Following instructions and procedures Matric certificate Minimum 3
    to 5 years experience in short term insurance claims environment, sound
    knowledge of claims processing, policy wordings and interpreting assessor
    reports Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Computer literacy, Microsoft office &
    must be able to do system processing
