- Accountabilities: · Deliver quick, quality and efficient Customer Service o
Accurately determine customer needs through interaction with clients and
ensure accurate processing thereof. · Sales Leads Generation · Risk and
Compliance o Adhere to legislation and regulatory requirements as
applicable, i.e. CASA, FICA, NCA. o Verify the customer’s identity according
to procedures prior to proceeding with any enquiry or transaction. Where
customers are unable to produce acceptable identity documentation, refer
issue to Manager to take decision on whether to proceed with the customer’s
request Requirements: ? Grade 12 with commercial subjects (math &
accountancy) ? Computer Literacy skills ? No criminal record Your job
Purpose: To resolve enquiries from walk-in customers, issue all account
items and provide superior customer service to all customers.
