The Business Sales is primarily responsible for all telephonic sales with new Business clients.The Business Sales department of OUTsurance is responsible for quoting commecial clients either as a result of inbound or outbound lead and converting this into sales in terms of quality and quantity requirements in place.


Converting leads/quotes into sales in terms of quantity and quantity targets that are in place, including but not limited to

  • Minimum┬ámonthly premium written
  • Average premium value
  • Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
  • Underwritting quality
  • Cancellation ratio
  • Accepting full responsibility for all telephone calls
  • dealing with clients on all levels in a competent , efficient and preofessional way in accordance with the values of OUTsurance
