Description
- Minimum requirements:
- 10 Years' experience in the Banking Sector - Home Loans and Property Finance, Legal practice and understanding the regulatory policy
- Strong knowledge and understanding of how the four major banks operate within the Home Loan Sector and credit frame work
- Understanding and management of scorecards
- Experience dealing with banking Homeloan Sector
- Minimum of 5 years in the Conveyancing Sector
- Provide support of all new and existing Homeloan and Commercial Property Finance products and instructions
- Client oriented service and strict eye for compliance
- Maintain and review level of compliance with regards to Stordocs
- Providing legal support and ensure compliance in fulfilment matters
- Incumbent will also be involved in projects within the loan and compliance space and expected to participate in strategy discussions
- Bank reports to be updated on a daily basis
- Manage registrations to ensure that the % registered to pipeline is achieved and the management of various scorecards
- Experience on Ghost Practice, Lexis Convey, Windeed , E4, Docomply and Stordocs
- Position available for January 2021 but client is looking to start recruitment process immediately
