What will you do?

Ensures that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner and provides a high level of service to promote the organisation’s products and services.   The incumbent has basic product knowledge and may be responsible for marketing the organisation’s products and cross-selling them in an effective manner.  The incumbent may provide the service internally or externally.

Cancel or paid up status change on policies

Growth skip & cancel

Continuations of retirement and non-retirement policies

Frequency changes

Maturities and early retirement on retirement annuities (scanning and no capturing)

Maturities and other savings claims - Capturing

Notification of death claims

Personal detail changes

Servicing walk-in clients, per email (written correspondence) as well as telephone enquiries

Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 with 2 to 3 years related experience.
