Description

  • DUTIES:
    • Managing expenditure across the portfolio
    • Assisting in the implementation and adherence to repairs and maintenance financial budgets
    • Fire, elevator and OHS compliance
    • Insurance adherence and compliance
    • Service provider management
    • Reporting all material [email protected] related challenges + solutions to management
    • Strategic facility management
    • Overseeing and the implementation of facility processes/ procedures across the commercial portfolio
    • Actual [email protected] to be conducted within capability
    • Management of +- 10 building managers+ maintenance staff
    • Reporting on, and attending weekly and monthly management meetings
    • Assisting in quarterly board pack, facility reporting building optimalization and preventative maintenance
    • Interface with council and various local authorities
    • Management of tenant installations, management of monthly white boxing of units and refurbs
    • Reporting to the group’s asset manager

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Property management experience.
