- Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience of which at least 3 years is at a senior management level
- Internationally recognized Accounting Qualification (CA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
- Strong technical abilities and up to date knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium Entities
- Excellent ICT skills including a good knowledge of MS Office and Pastel
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Afrikaans
- Experience in the preparation and review of management accounts and the ability to critically analyse the financial information
- Experience in the preparation of year-end financial statements and managing annual external audits
- Experience of managing, training and developing staff
- Experience of undertaking risk assessments, internal audits and/or assessing internal controls
- Auditing, TAX and registration of companies is a requirement
