    • Global manufacturing and logistics company seeks a Franchise General Manager to successfully onboard, lead and manage the Franchise in accordance with Franchisor philosophy, policies and procedures. The GM will lead the project and take on full responsibility for all decision making and act as the ?owner? in all communications with the Marketing Director and the Franchisor group for the project.

       

      Requirements:

      • MBA, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering
      • 10 Years Work Experience, 5 Years Managerial Experience (Alternatively 3 Years E-Commerce Managerial Experience)
      • Experience in running/managing an e-commerce start up. Relating digital activities to commercial outcomes

      Responsible for the Business Set-Up

      • This is a critical requirement for the continued future endeavours of the business, key foundational requirements will need to be established

      Responsible for the Franchise’s Leadership & Communication

      • This is important for ensuring the business activities are aligned with The Franchisor’s and Franchisee’s vison. It is necessary to understand all targets, timelines and strategies and communicate these within the team

      Responsible for the Business Planning & Financial Control of the Franchise -

      • To make the Franchise a financial success, it is necessary to implement a path to success by mitigating against risk, minimising costs and maximising profits

      Overall responsibility for all Partner & Supplier Recruitment & Development

      • Working with the right partners to ensure the company policies are being upheld, whilst maintaining the necessary customer centricity is one of the founding principles of the franchise

      Responsible for all Employee Recruitment; Training & Development

      • For the continued successful operations of the franchise, choosing the right people for fit, culture, drive, ambition, sustainability, growth, career fulfilment and business needs is of utmost importance

      Responsible for Health, Safety & Security Implementation and Maintenance

      • Important to develop the correct policies, implement them and train staff to abide by
