This candidate will contribute to iX's mission of building the best environment and most productive, happy workforce, through assisting with a variety of tasks, including:

Filing and organizational management using identified and newly established platforms
Managing our recruitment pipeline, from generating Job Descriptions through to scheduling interviews with relevant hiring managers and all relevant candidate communication
Researching and report generation in a variety of new and interesting fields bolstering human potential
Creating bespoke development plans for each member of iX, tied to their career trajectory within the organization
Designing and implementing metric-based performance management systems in conjunction with various departments and team members
Developing various incentive schemes aimed at enhancing motivation, engagement, and productivity within the iX Team
Planning and executing regular and ad-hoc team-wide events to increasing cohesiveness, transparency and communication flow throughout the organization
Ensuring that our culture and values are strongly represented through all People-related activities

Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create rapport with multiple stakeholders throughout iXperience
A keen desire to constantly benchmark, learn and experiment with international best practices and resources
Formidable organizational and administrative skills, with a heightened sense of urgency and attention to detail
An aptitude and willingness to use data in garnishing insights, with experience in this area being a plus
A strong interest in and appreciation for people-development, be it your own or others, will make you an ideal candidate!

Recent graduate in a field related to human performance in the workplace, preferably:
Industrial/organizational psychology, or
Human resource management
