•Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
•Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

•Matric /Grade 12
• 3 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
•A+, N+ Linux and or Juniper networks associate accreditation advantageous or similar
•Good written and verbal communication
•Good knowledge of digital tools
•Good IT problem-solving skills
•Extensive knowledge and proficiency in the use of various computer software packages, including Windows, Ms Office, 0365 etc.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to relay technical procedures to end-users in an understandable format (non-IT jargon) that encourages technology usage.
•Ability to comprehend complex procedures.
•Ability to assess problems and situations and take appropriate action using all available resources.
•Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and complete work in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision.
•Ability to perform job functions with a high degree of accuracy.
•Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and setup of computers and applications.

•Minimum requirements 3-5 years ICT technical support
•Good communication skills
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and hardware
•Ability to analyse and resolve technical problems
