This is an excellent opportunity for a person with an Actuarial/Insurance and IT background to be thoroughly trained in all aspects of business systems analysis, software customization, implementation, and support for our clients in the insurance industry

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Advise and assist clients with creating products
    • Facilitate agile approach with clients and work with the team to assist client with regard to product configuration
    • Drafting of product specifications and functional requirements analysis
    • Client collaboration to gather and understand business requirements
    • Use of SQL for investigation and reporting purposes on client databases
    • New product and process configuration on client databases
    • Assist with setting up of various tools such as accounting, valuation, payment interface tool sets.
    • Testing in an integrated environment in conjunction with internal and external development resources

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Bsc degree in Actuarial and/or Financial Mathematics or any IT related degree
    • 4 years of working experience in Insurance, Actuarial or Technology industry
    • Must have excellent communications skills and be fluent in English, verbal and written
    • Must be willing and dedicated to learning the processes that will be required to do the work
    • Computer skills with SQL/C#/C++
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Attention to detail
    • Quick to grasp new concepts
