Description

ollow-up on all leads received from the Marketing Team
Follow-up on all Hub Spot emails received from the Marketing Team
Qualify leads with the customer
Provide a solution to the customer and Level of Effort if required
Generate proposals for the customers with pricing
Complete the sale with the customer
Engage with the relevant Technical Specialists throughout project and feed any necessary feedback to the customer
Once project is complete, ensure the billing and invoicing is done
Create and complete an account engagement template for all leads passed to sales (Main contact, key decision makers, number of touch points, time engaged, business issues, technology profile)
Attend marketing call out days (remotely) to obtain new leads
Researching target businesses, individuals and contact information
Lead management within CRM

Technical skills

Experience in an IT and/or sales environment is highly beneficial to this role, including:
o Information management in CRM system

o Sales calling and sales skills

o Tracking engagement and touchpoints within target accounts

o Researching target businesses, individuals and contact information

o Social selling

KPI's

Minimum account engagement template criteria to be completed for all leads
Engage with Microsoft and Hubspot Leads throughout the month to qualify into sales.
100% of the Microsoft Leads and Hubspot Leads are to be contacted 1 week after initial contact has been had.
90% of inbound sales enquiries to be followed up within the hour
