What experience and skills you need for the role


  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Accounting or bookkeeping qualifications
  • Previous experience in roles that requires accurate administration
  • Previous experience in working with invoices and reconciliations, preferably in an environment where inventory is held.
  • Account Payable experience is advantageous


  • Good understanding of invoices and order documentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • High computer literacy (Mac usage is advantageous) and demonstratable Excel skills.
