    administrator in the Transport industry Computer literacy: Datatim (Transport
    Program), Xero (Accounting Program) Must have excellent communication
    skills and a sense of urgency Ability to be polite and compassionate without
    lacking confidence Duties and Responsibilities: Creditors Full Function
    Sending out proof of payments Creating of all inter-company’s invoices
    Completing credit applications Following up on orders and creditors invoices
    from the workshop and other inter-company’s Buying of all drivers PPE
    Buying of office detergents Buying of stationary Handing out of stationary to
    drivers
