Minimum requirements: 

• Underground Mining experience is crucial for the PSM
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years product line experience
• Must be medically fit to operate in an underground environment
• Must be willing to travel extensively
• English proficiency
• Valid driver’s license

• This purpose of the role is to actively gather reliability, operating cost and operator feedback and continually feed this back to the respective Product Line Manager so the offering can be managed over its life cycle and also be very active in monitoring competitor activity and where possible gather competitor performance data and submit to the respective Product Line Manager as well as analyse the monthly warranty report with regards to the models of the installed base in the main sales area to determine if any trend/s are emerging and visit key sites to gather first-hand information on the issue and feed this back to the Warranty and Feedback Administrator and the respective Product Line Manager.
