Description

    • Prospecting of new business clients
      Develop engagement strategies with clients and potential clients
      Build and develop new business introductions and relationships
      Finalise new business and submit all relevant documentation to different departments
      Business Retention

      Arrange client presentations focusing on building and maintaining the relationship between company and the employers/members
      Meet with employers to discuss and implement management committees. Establish dates and coordinate meetings and minutes of meetings
      Determine level of involvement should Financial Advisor be involved and finalise agreements with financial advisor regarding functions and responsibilities
      Annual Risk reviews: Provide client with annual risk quotations from all service providers

      Client Relations

      Introduce New Business Service Consultant to client. Explain process to client and define the different roles that each employee plays within managing the fund
      Member presentations with Servicing consultant at least annually or as agreed with employer
      Establish relationships with all major unions and representatives and present, company products and services
      Participate in work forums created by the employer/union
      Maintain and improve communication in New Business Development team to increase efficiency and quality of service
      Administration

      General administration, filing and updating of agreements and related documents pertaining to a fund
      Request risk quotations from different service providers and establish Service Level Agreements with the providers
      Compile cost comparisons for clients. Comparison must be of high standard and in line with the industry norm
      Coordination of meetings (internally/externally) and report back to team
      Writing of reports, as and when necessary
      Assist with coordination of external marketing events and logistics thereof
      Assist with the development of events calendar with new business team
      Attendance of industry events and networking sessions, as approved by the executives

      MIN REQUIREMENTS:

      Matric qualification or equivalent thereof
      Certified Financial Planner (NQF Level 5) and other professional education requirements related to the field
      RE1 & RE5 qualification
      Employee Benefit Consulting or Sales experience of 05 years essential
