Description
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years Supervisory / Management Experience
- Good understanding of Handheld devices & processes
- Fluent in English (Read, Write and Speak)
- Excellent track record of leading and managing ± 20 people
- Driver’s license and own transport
KPAs:
- Ensure couriers comply with the delivery of High Value parcels
- Vehicles are dispatched with handheld devices within the target period daily, on time and in accordance with service expectations
- Daily stock taking done with zero unaccounted stock and 100% stock balance
- Deliveries are done according to the targets set for the hub
- Manage the number of consignments in hub more than 5 business days
- Reporting and analysis
- Fleet of vehicles are cleaned and roadworthy at all times
