Description

  • Duties:
    • Oversee payroll department to ensure payments to employees are made on-time and accurately
    • Must come from an Accounting background to do reconciliations
    • Maintenance and management of the SAP HCM system, to ensure statutory, legal & business requirements are met
    • Develop, implement and manage administrative and payroll processes and policy in -order to ensure the most efficient procedures and ensure all staff adhere to protocol and required standards
    • Job Grading
    • Assist with Benefit administration that will ensure efficient processing of reconciliations, payments and query resolution
    • Reporting for management

    Requirements:

    • Min 5 years in HR and Payroll (Accounting background essential)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems
    • Demonstrated payroll management experience
    • Demonstrated team leadership ability
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to create, review and supply policies and procedures
    • Legislative and award compliance – ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation
    • Business process improvement experience
