Description

Seeking presentable and professional Personal Assistant. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Must have PA experience.
Duties include:
Reading, monitoring and responding to my email if necessary
- answering calls and handling queries,
- preparing correspondence on the Directors behalf,
- commissioning work on my behalf,
- liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
- managing my electronic diary,
- booking meetings,
- organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,
- writing minutes,
- taking dictation,
- planning, organizing and managing events,
- managing a budget,
- attending events/meetings as the Principal's representative,
- conducting research on the Internet,
- writing reports and executive summaries
- preparing presentations,
- preparing papers for meetings, collecting data from other people
- managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
- typing documents,
- sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
