  • My client is a medical practitioner based in Bethlehem, and is in need of a
    friendly, positive and patient person to join their team. Requirements: Good
    communication skills – fluent in Afrikaans and English – Sesotho is an added
    bonus – with patients and colleagues High level computer and internet skills
    Be able to work independently, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
    Efficient and polite telephone etiquette Honesty and integrity are important
    Candidate must be able to work in a busy practice and manage a variety of
    tasks & responsibilities Duties and responsibilities: Open the medical
    practice in the morning and ensure everything is organised before the arrival
    of patients Meet and greet patients on arrival and make them feel
    comfortable General diary management, patient bookings, practice
    management and organization Efficient e-mail communication with patients
    and doctors Manage patient accounts and collecting debt when necessary
    Manage paper work – ensure record keeping and filing systems are
    implemented and maintained Manage and order stock, groceries, stationery
    and office supplies Oversee machinery maintenance Liaison with other
    doctors and medical aids. Oversee the duties of cleaning staff
