Description
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ experience specifically as a Headhunter or as a Senior Consultant with a proven portfolio of relevant clients or placements (Technical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Petrochemical, Finance, Mining, Retail, FMCG, State Owned Entities, Logistics / Distribution and/or any other specialist industry)
- Proven track record of personal revenue generated – last 2 years
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
- Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections etc.)
- In depth industry knowledge
Duties:
- Proactively looking for Executive Search or Senior level recruitment opportunities
- Conduct telesales to garner business
- Attend briefing sessions with clients to qualify requirements
- Talent mapping and planning of pipeline (including but not limited to market research, social media and advertisements)
- Writing and posting of adverts, using critical information from a job specification to attract the right talent
- Conduct proactive market research to identify and approach passive, suitable candidates
- Continuous communication with clients to ensure timelines and challenges are communicated
- Preparing of candidates prior to interview with client
