Previous recruitment training or similar an added advantage.
Very strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). An expert on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
Home language must be English (person must have excellent written and verbal communications skills in the English language).
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and / or sales experience is ESSENTIAL. Person must be able to “hit the ground running”.
Manage new and existing clients.
Reach monthly targets.
Daily cold calling (person must love telemarketing)!
Completing reference checks.
Setting up interviews, etc.
Meeting with clients, building and retaining client relationships.
