We are searching for an experienced Director of Sales with an existing network and experience in fund distribution to institutional, family office and UHNW clients.

Distribution channels and partnerships will be a key priority. Travel will be required as our focus is entirely on the international market.

This is a hands-on position for someone able to source and close opportunities in a dynamic start-up environment. The position comes with a vesting equity allocation. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude, a high level of integrity, drive and the motivation to develop market opportunities.


-Manage and be responsible for all aspects of the distribution of Invictus financial products and services, including the development of marketing materials such as advertising, presentations and roadshows in conjunction with the marketing team.

-Identify potential new clients for acquisition and manage the request for proposal (RFP) process for pursuing them; develop and expand relationships with existing clients.

-Assist in researching prospective clients and coordinate market research to monitor competitors’ activities.

-Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in AUM.

-Work with the data team to identify and anticipate trends, gaps and sales opportunities.

-Build revenue-driving partnerships and channels for fund distribution.

-Guide and manage the business development team's priorities.



-Minimum of 5-10 years of professional working experience in fund distribution to institutional investors.

-Minimum of a relevant 4-year degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or related field from a top university.

-Proven leadership ability.

-Relevant experience in Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred.

-Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.

-Must have excellent sales skills, in-depth product and broad investment knowledge.

-Strong communication skills required, as well as the ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.

-Demonstrated ability to close business.

-Strong presentation skills.

-Can communicate and work effectively while under pressure.

-Can adapt to changing situations with ease.

-Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
