  • Implement customer product training when required
  • Present reports - sales trends, customer growth, customer issues
  • Matric
  • 3 years in technical or specialized sales
  • Selfstarter – able to cold call new customers
  • Driver’s license and own transport
  • Sound interpersonal skills - friendly, articulate, helpful
  • Excellent customer service skills - good listener, analysis of problems
  • Problem solving skills
  • Sound communication skills with customers and their staff
  • Flexibility -able to prioritize and change priorities
  • Organized and structured – able to work independently
  • Practical knowledge of environment where products are used
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to specific market
