-General CSI administrative duties.
-Compiling the CSI ad hoc meeting calendar for the year (at least 6 meetings in each financial year).
-Receive CSI application and ensure they adhere to the CSI policy and procedure.
-Maintain proper records of all communication regarding allocation of funds.
-Liaise with beneficiaries and possible beneficiaries.
-Secretarial duties of all CSI meetings.
-Ensuring that payments are made timeously by proving the Office Administrator and the Finance Department with the documentation required for registering, paying and reconciling of payments made to suppliers/ beneficiaries.
-Maintain up to date CSI records (electronic) and ensure that record keeping is aligned to Internal and BBBEE audit processes.
-Compile CSI reports to CSI Specialist regarding the status of sponsorships.
-Overseeing or assisting with specific CSI projects and events.
-Liaise with staff regarding CSI projects, provide information and/ or resources when requested.
-Assist the CSI Specialist with promoting the awareness and visibility of CSI programmes internal and external stakeholders.
-Administrative qualification is preferable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
-Understanding of the CSI function.
-Ability to build good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
-Some negotiation and problem solving skills.
-Well-developed communication skills (verbal/ written) and good listening skills.
-Basic knowledge of financial and budget principles.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
-Accurate, figure orientated and focus on detail.
