      • Manage administration and documentation related to monthly Payroll input
      • Assist the Store Operator with labour relations documentation
      • Assist the Store Operator with training documentation and reporting
      • Assist the Store Operator with the issuing of new employee contracts and onboarding of new employees.
      • Perform Cashier Supervisor functions such as cash ups, reconciliations,  safe dropping,  customer queries and overrides
      • Petty cash and Stationary management
      • Administering and organizing payment for sundry suppliers
      • Assist customers with credit applications, issuing of signed POD’s and account queries and refunds
      • Administration of Store vehicles (licensing) and fuel slips.
      • Assisting the Health and Safety Rep with documentation and administration.
      • General filling, faxing, scanning and administrative duties.
      • Some Stores may require the additional functions of:
      • Opening and Closing of the store
      • Satellite Store queries
      • Plascon Point of Sale account reconciliation

      • Matric
      •   4 years administration experience
