Responsibilities

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in the IT Industry
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Behaviours:

Prioritising and managing several tasks at a single time
Establishing a good working relationship with wider teams and customers alike
Work with a variety of customers to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements
Document writing / process creation

Understanding and knowledge of physical infrastructure along with Virtualisation Technologies.
Self-Driven Individual with the capability to break out of their comfort zone and technology area
Knowledge/Understanding of good information security practice from a technical and management perspective
Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL

Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
Strong planning and organisation skills
