Finally,administration where I create files for new employees and constantly updating them, making and updating organograms for each department and branches, receiving leave forms and forwarding them to payroll, updating HR database, making payments and capturing payments, operating the HR switchboard, sending and receiving e-mails setting up meetings, applying to SETA for learnership and internships programmes for the company, booking venues and accommodation for personnel training. My strong verbal and written communication skills have been well utilised in this role
