An internationally certified qualification in Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and The International Hotel School has given me the foundation for my career.
I consider myself to be a reliable, dependable and results-driven individual. I am team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. I am a self-motivated individual and pride myself on the quality of work as well as high standards of service. My natural personality and positive characteristics shows not only that I am helpful and enthusiastic, but ensures satisfaction for all individuals concerned. I enjoy working and interacting with people on all levels and truly believe in extending my knowledge and experience to gain expertise and specialization in all levels of a business.
My entire working career has been focused on customer service and satisfaction and building relationships with internal and external clients. More recently in my current position I am the Guest Services Manager for a luxury cruise line in charge of the entire department and operational functions, including but not limited to, general management, operations management, and staffing/recruiting.

I've built relationships with many individuals internationally who have very diverse backgrounds personally as well as professionally. I have learned how important it is to respect and treat each of them as individuals. Everyone is important and it’s how you manage your interactions with them that will give you the upper hand in building a strong ongoing relationship as you've earned their trust. This in turn will build loyalty between yourself and your guests or customers as they believe in your credibility. I always strive to improve the standards and service as well as the overall quality of everything that needs to be done and each department.
