I am an experienced Customer analytics and CRM systems specialist. My core experience includes development and management of prominent loyalty programmes in the retail sector; data gathering, analytics and interpretation; and strategic brand collaborations.

 

I am passionate about the confluence of digital channels that shape consumer behaviour. With the increasing amount of data points available it is imperative to analyse data that drive consumer behaviour and loyalty in order to inform business strategy and decision making.

To that effect I have successfully implemented and made use of various reporting platforms to deliver SQL based reports in order to improve decision making regarding policy, procedure and consumer marketing.
