Office manager and administrator

I am an experienced administrator, office manager & personal assistant with excellent organization skills and the ability to work under pressure. I speak English & Afrikaans, both fluently. Software skills include Microsoft Office & Aloha (Restaurant back of house system)

Main Responsibility Ensuring operational efficiency at the Village Idiot Restaurant Group.

Dealing with a variety of bookings, functions & special occasions/events. Responding to customer service queries, inbound calls & emails, invoicing, stock control and staff roster. Working on our back of house restaurant system, monthly payroll, leave tracking, general HR duties and general day to day errands. Assisting as a floor manager when needed. Assisting with social media & marketing.
