I.T support Technician

 

I have experience with remote support application and techniques (e.g VNP RDP and NC).I

have knowledge of Active Dictionary administration: creating user accounts, resetting

passwords , disabling and deleting users. I have experience with server maintenance and

health checks on server, I have knowledge server software and systems, I have good

knowledge of TCPI networking. LAN, 802.11,DNS, DHCP. I have good knowledge of

Microsoft ISA Server 2004 & 2006. I have good knowledge of Exchange 2003 & 2008. I a so

have experience with configuring ADSL routers and Wireless Access Points. I have

experience with logging and following up calls with external suppliers and service providers. I

am able to liaise with user senior technician to collect information about a problem. I am able

to lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error. I’m self motivated

person with good communication skills, dynamic and professional. l’m able to handle

problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems,

referring more complex problems to supervisor or senior technical staff. I am able to work in

pressurized environment, solve, evaluate and have ability to ensure the timely completion.
