Having started in Kitchens in the UK in 1985, I have worked in a variety of Catering Establishments over the years. From 5 Star Hotels, through to Michelin starred restaurants and even off-shore Oil Rigs. This has allowed me to gain experience in almost every type of Catering environment.
Having garnered a vast kitchen experience over the years, I chose to move front of house and get involved in the Customer and Financial Management side of business.
With 35 years working experience in Europe, Middle East and Africa I have gained a sound knowledge of Customer relations; Human Resource management and Project management skills. An ability to work well under pressure is inherent within the Catering Industry.
Having successfully started and operated businesses in the catering industry, I have accumulated a working knowledge of all aspects of business, including costs, financials and supply chain management. My passion for the industry and dynamic personality have been key in developing rapport with customers, thus providing a positive customer experience.
In my time of employment, I have nourished my leadership, communication and problem-solving skills thus ensuring that I add value to any team within an organisation.
