My work experience has given me the opportunity to liaise, negotiate and build relationships with people at all levels across the globe.
My last position, a Client Support Specialist at Competitive Capabilities International (CCI) included coordinated and delivering training
for global clients and consultants. In addition I monitored skills uptake across the regions and developed and implemented a communication plan.
Prior to that I was the Production manager at CCI. I was responsible for ensuring projects and products are completed on time, within budget
and to the agreed quality standards. In addition I managed a team of 20 plus permanent staff and several freelancers and contractors.
Training and staying up to date with local and international trends were an important aspect of keeping the team at the cutting edge of technological developments.
I am an experienced manager with excellent planning and organising skills. My interpersonal and communication skills are very good.
