I am currently working as a regional building manager for South Point Management, I'm responsible for two buildings that houses about 1000 students and six commercial tenants. I am also a registered member of Safma.
My work experience includes the following:
-Strategic planning and day to day operations of buildings and premises.
-Preparing specification for building maintenance work.
-Project management, supervising and coordinating the workof contractors.
-Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception,security, maintenance, cleaning, hygiene,gardening HVAC system, water and power supply plumbing and waste management.
-Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and facilities comply with relevant regulations.
-Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors is completed satisfactory and following up on an deficiencies.
-Responding appropriately to emergencies and dealing with issues as they arise.
-Maintain and keep furniture and fittings up to date.
-Monitoring of all service level agreements.
-Provide effective people management and support.
-room inspections and commercial space inspection.
