I am a 26-year-old coloured female and I have completed my LLB in 2019 at the University of the Witwatersrand. This is where I was also fortunate to have completed my first degree a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Psychology in 2015.
Despite the challenges I have faced throughout my university career I managed to complete my LLB. This is why law is where my passion lies. I thoroughly enjoyed my legal studies and I hope to refine my practise and craft once I commence my career.
I am certain that your company will give exactly the experience and skill I am looking for and allow me to begin my career. The combination of humanity courses and law has provided me with a fresh and dynamic insight to legal problems, which assists me in finding innovative solutions to challenges faced. The combination has also had the benefit of helping me hone my research skills as Psychology, Politics and Law are research-based majors. In addition to this my previous work experience helped me develop proficient communication skills which I consider vital in any industry. The above knowledge and experience are what I intend to extend to my work as a candidate attorney.
I consider myself a worthy candidate as I possess numerous interests outside of my studies such as community work, reading and music. This shows that I am a well-rounded applicant and not simply an academic one. My drive, ambition and ability to work well in a team is what sets me apart from others.
I believe your company can help me reach my full potential under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals. I am confident that the experience and work ethic I will be exposed to as a legal graduate intern in your company will guide me into shaping my career.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any further information and/or documents. I eagerly await a response and appreciate the time and effort it took to read through my application.
